The motorcycle was photographed in the studio with two riders and the lighting was made to simulate skylight
Scans of the images were then silhouetted, rotated and sized to fit the photo on the far right.
The shadows were removed from the above picture before combining the three elements.

Drop shadows, reflections and tire spin were added to help complete the illustration.
